A high-resolution 2D Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) survey was conducted prior to construction to evaluate subsurface conditions for foundation design. The survey identified variations in soil, weathered rock, bedrock, and groundwater, helping reduce geotechnical uncertainty.
